Meet Cyndy

Cynthia J Shue Ashe is a Wellness Practitioner located in beautiful Casa Grande, AZ. She uses her gifts, talents and skills as a Master Life Coach, Reiki III Master, Herbalist and as an Intuitive to help her clients to achieve their goals, dreams and balance their lives, spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally. Her primary focus is on healing the person as a whole, to include the mind, body and spirit, so that her clients gain and maintain a more harmonious and  peaceful  life now and in the future.

Cyndy established Wellness for Mind, Body & Spirit by Cyndy in 2015. Currently she provides services in your home,  in office or by the internet , with healing sessions and holistic healing remedies. She is a Reiki Master III, an Intuitive, a Master Life Coach, an Herbalist, and an Ordained Minister. Cyndy  uses her own personal experiences in life to help her clients. Cyndy grew up in an abusive home. She has been married three times, with each of the marriages being abusive in nature; and she used her gifts and found her inner strength and courage to leave the marriages and start over on her own. Through each of her experiences in life, she has learned new skills to cope and is able to use these skills learned in those negative situations to help other women, who may have lost their joy, love, peace, self esteem or simply those who may be struggling to find their direction in life. She enjoys helping people who consider themselves lost, out of balance, traumatized, who do not fit in, or those who have gifts that are not yet recognized or being used. 

She loves the desert and can be found hiking there quite frequently as she finds peace, harmony and serenity in the desert near her home. She finds the area to become closer to herself and her spirits, as she is able to think freely and listen with her heart and spirit without distraction from television, radio, phones and static. Cyndy has a passion for the Native American rituals for the drums, pipe and Medicine Wheel, which comes from her Shishika (Blackfoot) heritage and can be incoporated into the healing schedules as well

Certified as a Herbalist and Master Life Coach through Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts in Tempe Arizona and obtaining her Master Reiki degree from her Reiki Master Diane Jacobs in Casa Grande, Arizona. Cyndy teaches and heals each person with a combination of her gifts, talents and skills designed for each individual based on their specific and individual needs.  Cynthia J Shue Ashe is also a Minister with the Universal Life Church  August 12, 2015 and she is a member of the church Rising Phoenix in Phoeniz, AZand the  Sun Spiritual Camp in Tonopah, AZ, where she sometimes teaches and has lead sermon.

Cyndy is the mother of two wonderful sons, and a grandmother to their five children. She also has two furry and four legged children as well. Spending time with her sons and their families is a joy that she never passes on! Her fur babies bring her happiness every day and help her to unwind and de-stress after a long day.
